Tasting Notes: Mild fragrance of cocoa, aroma of orange and caramel, rich flavors of dark chocolate and lemon, bright acidity.

Uno - whole bean
Incredibly smooth taste and depth. I made this into an expresso and it was fantastic. Had the pleasure of eating lunch at Cafe Milagro at a recent trip to Costa Rica so the incredible signature coffee is no surprise - especially the over the top carrot cake. Highly recommend - YOU are worth the price of a great cup of coffee.

If you have had the pleasure of tasting these fine coffees and have never been to Cafe' Milgro's small roasting shop in Quapos, Costa Rica you can't realize the care that is put into each roast. These experienced young Tico's are the very #Uno roasters in all of Coata Rica! Pura Vida from Texas!
