The Naranjo region in the West Valley of Costa Rica is famous for producing some of the country’s best coffees. Remarkably, just one square kilometer in Naranjo has produced four Cup of Excellence winners! These select beans are from one of our favorite growers in this micro-region. The Sumava plantation won first place in the Cup of Excellence in 2016.
Tasting Notes: Bold earthy fragrance, spicy aroma, chocolate and citrus flavors, good body and bright acidity.

This is an excellent coffee with a very smooth taste. The beans grind well and I can use less than normal.

Love this coffee
We purchased a bag of this while visiting Costa Rica, and it is one of my favorites. Such a wonderful, nutty, chocolatey flavor.
